Iris founded Grandeur after over a decade working with some of the most premium brands in sports, entertainment and consumer, both as an investor and as an advisor. Since 2022, Iris has started using her partnership expertise and her connectivity to supercharge the long-term development of a select number of artists, athletes and fashion designers.

Prior to Grandeur, Iris was heading the Paris office of the American merchant bank Raine, helping the firm expand its investment and advisory activities across EMEA. Iris notably helped Raine lead the initial funding, roll-up strategy and development strategy of Moonbug, a digital brands company sold to Blackstone for $3bn in 2021, and advised on several landmark European sports transactions, including the £4.25bn sale of Chelsea FC and the €800mm sale of Olympique Lyonnais in 2022.

Iris has invested in and developed several media, sports and consumer ventures led by artists, athletes and designers, and has managed their business career.
